The Apart-Hotel Seeland is situated on the edge of the Harz between Königsaue and Schadeleben and features 17 cosily furnished apartments with one or two rooms. It is in immediate vicinty to the forest, the childrens adventure land and the equitation centre Seeland. The Concordia lake is only 1,4 km and the nature park Harz is just at 30 km distance. The hotel has a breakfast room and lounge, restaurant, gym, solarium and a hotel cinema for 24 personss. Next to the hotel is park with sun beds, beach chairs, pavilion and barbecue. You stay in a nice 2-bedroom-apartment with 70 m² on the ground floor, which can sleep up to 6 persons. The apartment features a living/sleeping room with comfortable sofas, double bed, pantry kitchen equipped with frigde, 2 hobs, Mikrowave, coffee maker, toaster and water cooker as well as a separate dining area. The second bedroom has a double or single bed or a comfortable sofa bed for two persons. Both rooms have satellite TV, mini hifi-unit with CD-player, separate toilets and shower baths with double wash basins and windows.

Formerly a open pit brown coal mine it has delevoped into the recreational area Seeland with the Concordia lake, a paradise for water sports especially sailing. White sandy beach, 150 m² swimming platform, beach promenade, boat rental and snack bar are at your disposition. The childrens adventure land with appr. 80.000 m² and more than 40 mostly hand-crafted playground items invited to spend the day playing. The is also an area for inline skaters with 2000m². The well constructed hiking routes allow you to enjoy nature and tranquility as well as the view on the Concordia lake throughout the whole year. Within an hour's drive you can reach numerous attractive day trip destinations like i.e. Magdeburg with the "Hundertwasser-Haus" and Quedlinburg with its famous castle.
