Petit Paradis is quietly situated on a private 17.5 acres estate, bordering the river Lot for 1 mile. The holiday home Petit Paradis sleeps 2 to 6 persons. The large covered balcony (15 sq. yards) is on the first floor and has a breathtaking view over the river, the orchards and the fields nearby. Petit Paradis has its own private boat landing with free use of a boat with outboard engine. The large (15x33 ft) swimming pool is situated right next to the river and is for the use of the tenants of Petit Paradis and the owners of the estate.

The apartment on the first floor has a large living room with a modern open plan kitchen, a large twin bedded room (with airconditioning) and a luxurious bathroom with double washbasins, shower and toilet. There is also a box bed (3x6x6 ft) which sleeps two children or a young couple. On the ground floor is another large twin bedded room (with airconditioning) and ensuite bathroom with double washbasins, shower and toilet.

You can discover the beautiful landscape of the Lot region via the river with a boat or canoe. Of course, you may also bring your own boat. In the direct vicinity you will find several picturesque bastide villages, with ample choice of restaurants, and more than 6 important wine regions. In addition, for sporting activities there are canoes, a paddle court and a tennis court. The river is a paradise for fishermen. A wide range of fish may be caught, as shown in the pictures.
