| * | To confirm your reservation we kindly ask you to make a down-payment of 50% of the total rental amount. The rest of the total reservation amount is due at least a month before arrival at the destination. |
| * | In case of cancellation, the following fees apply:
* until 4 weeks of arrival: 25,00 euros
* 28-14 days prior arrival: 60% of the total rent
* 14-7 days prior arrival: 75% of the total rent
* 7-1 days prior arrival: 90% of the total rent
* arrival day or no-show: 100% of the total rent
In all cases of cancellation within 4 weeks prior arrival a minimum fee of 45 applies. |
| * | Upon arrival the tenant has to pay a damage deposit of 100,00. This deposit will be returned within a week after departure, with deduction of the repair costs in case of damages made to the property. |

| * | Sheets, towels and kitchen linen should be brought by the lessee. Bed linnen can be provided by the lessor at a surcharge. |
| * | The house is available to the tenant from 16:00 hours. Departure is due before 10:00 hours on the day of departure. Bungalows must be left in a reasonable order (no garbage, dirty dishes, etc.) |
| * | Rates do not include the use of electricity; this will be charged according to consumption. |

Pet Policy |
| * | A maximum of 2 pets per bungalow are welcome. In case your dog sits/lies on furniture, we ask you to bring its rug. Dogs must be on a leash whilst on the grounds of the park. |
| * | In this region there are a lot of forests and other places to walk your dog. The majority of the land is hilly, so this area is not recommended to people with trouble walking slopes. |
