| * | To confirm your reservation we kindly ask you to make a down-payment of 50% of the total rental amount. The rest of the total reservation amount, along with the cleaning costs and the damage deposit, is due at least a month before arrival at the destination. |
| * | Our standard cancellation conditions for houses apply to this accommodation. |
| * | Upon arrival the tenant has to pay a damage deposit of 250,00. This deposit will be returned within a week after departure, with deduction of the repair costs in case of damages made to the property. |

| * | Rates include the use of gas, water and electricity. For longer stays in winter time, the use of gas, water and eletricity will be charged according to consumption. |

Pet Policy |
| * | One pet per reservation is welcome at this house. More pets are welcome upon request. Pets are welcome in the garden, but we kindly ask you to let them answer nature's call elsewhere. In case your dog sits/lies on furniture, we ask you to bring its rug. |
| * | The house is located on a 2km beach, where you and your pet can take long walks. There is also some forest. |
| * | The three houses share the common garden. On the grounds of Parazuelos pets are always to be kept on a leash in order to avoid problems or inconveniences to the other guests. |
