| * | To confirm your reservation we kindly ask you to make a down-payment of 20% of the total rental amount.
The rest of the total reservation amount is due at least a month before arrival at the destination. The mentioned extra costs (electricity, tourist tax, etc.) are to be paid directly to the key holder. |
| * | In case of cancellation, the following fees apply:
- cancellation 91 days or more prior arrival date: 20% of the total rent
- cancellation 90-56 days prior arrival: 50% of the total rent
- cancellation 0-55 days prior arrival: 100% of the rent plus the booking fee.
We strongly advise you to take out a comprehensive cancellation policy to cover your expenses in case of unforeseen problems.
In the even of a booking alteration a revision fee of 25 will be incurred. A change to a different property less than 90 days prior arrival is only possible by making a cancellation and a re-booking. Changes to a lower/cheaper categorie are not possible less than 90 days before arrival. |

During the Christmas/New Year period a minimum stay of 14 days is required.
During the winter season a minimum stay of 7 days is required, with arrival on Saturday. |
| * | The final cleaning is included in the rent (surcharge obligatory), the house must be left neat by the guests (no garbage, dirty kitchen or dirty dishes etc.). |
| * | The house is available to the tenant from Saturday 15:00 hours. Departure is due Saturday before 09:00 hours. |

Pet Policy |
| * | Pets are welcome at this house. Pets are welcome in the garden, but we kindly ask you to let them answer nature's call elsewhere. In case your dog sits/lies on furniture, we ask you to bring its rug. |
| * | The cabin is situated in a beautiful natural area, where you can take endless walks with your dog |
| * | Up to 2 dogs are free of charge. You can bring more than 2 pets upon request, but there might be a surcharge. |
