| * | To confirm your reservation we kindly ask you to make a down-payment of 10% of the total rental amount. The rest of the total reservation amount is due at least a month before arrival at the destination. |
| * | In case of cancellation, the following fees apply:
- up to 10 days after receipt of the confirmation: free
- up to 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the rental amount, minimum 30
- 44 days or less prior to arrival: 50% of the rental amount
- 21 days or less prior to arrival: 80% of the rental amount
- on day of arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental amount.
In case the tenant -for important reasons- can not make use of the rented object himself, he has the right to appoint a substitute tenant by giving all details (name, address, number of persons) one day prior arrival at the latest. |
| * | Upon arrival the tenant has to pay a damage deposit of 150,00. This deposit will be returned upon departure, with deduction of the repair costs in case of damages made to the property. For changes in the rental contract (i.e. rental period, number of persons etc.) a surcharge of 12 has to be paid. For several, simultaneously asked changes the surcharge will only be asked once. Changes of the booking are at anytime possible, but always require confirmation. |

| * | Sheets, towels and kitchen linen should be brought by the lessee. They can also be provided for you, either by renting them separately or by booking the linnen service. In case of the linen service, the beds are made for you, 1 bathtowel and a normal size towel per person as well as a kitchen set are provided. |
| * | A minimum stay of two nights is required, in high season (30.06.2007 - 24.08.2007) a minimum stay of 7 nights is required. For weekends in combination with bank holidays the minimum stay is 4 nights. |
| * | For bookings of 2-6 days, the following discounts apply:
2 days - 45% of the price per week
3 days - 56% of the price per week
4 days - 67% of the price per week
5 days - 78% of the price per week
6 days - 89% of the price per week |
| * | The house is available to the tenant Monday - Saturday from 15:00 hours until 18:00 hours. On Sundays and bank holidays arrival is possible between 12:00 hours and 14:00 hours. Departure is due before 10:00 hours. |

Pet Policy |
| * | Pets are welcome at this house. In case your dog sits/lies on furniture, we ask you to bring its rug. |
| * | There is a beach specially for dogs. In Spring 2007 a dog area within the newly built barnpark was inaugurated. Allowing dogs on the beach stretch between Burhave and Burhaversiel and from autumn 2007 on also on the embankment between Burhave and Fedderwardersiel is currently considered. Up to now dogs are not admitted on the embankments from spring to autumn since sheep are grazing there. Outside the bathing season dogs are allowed everywhere. |
