| * | To confirm your reservation we kindly ask you to make a down-payment of 50% of the total rental amount. The rest of the total reservation amount, along with the cleaning costs and damage deposit, is due at least a month before arrival at the destination. |
| * | In high and mid season the standard conditions for houses apply. In low season the down-payment is not refunded, but it is kept during 1 year for a stay at a later date. |
| * | Upon arrival the tenant has to pay a damage deposit of 200,00. This deposit will be returned upon departure, with deduction of the repair costs in case of damages made to the property.
The final cleaning is optional; Guests can leave the apartment clean themselves if they prefer. In that case, if the apartment is not clean, 50 euros will be deducted of the deposit. |

| * | The house is available to the tenant from 16:00 hours. Departure is due before 10:00 hours.
If guests arrive after 19:00 hrs., they have to communicate it before that time so that alternative arrangments can be made. |
| * | There is an optional cleaning service available. Prices are:
between 12,50 and 20 euros without change of linnen
between 20 and 50 euros with change of linnen. |
| * | Change of bedlinnen is charged at 4 euros per person, towels at 2 euros per person. |

| * | Pets are welcome at this house. In case your dog sits/lies on furniture, we ask you to bring its rug. |
