| * | To confirm your reservation we kindly ask you to make a down-payment of 25% of the total rental amount.The rest of the total reservation amount, along with the cleaning costs and damage deposit, is due at least a month before arrival at the destination. |
| * | Our standard cancellation conditions for houses apply to this accommodation. |
| * | Upon arrival the tenant has to pay a damage deposit of €250,00. This deposit will be returned within a week after departure, with deduction of the repair costs in case of damages made to the property. |

Pet Policy |
| * | Pets are welcome at this house. Pets are welcome in the garden, but we kindly ask you to let them answer nature's call elsewhere. In case your dog sits/lies on furniture, we ask you to bring its rug. |

| * | Pets are not allowed in the communal garden without their owners present. |
