| * | To confirm your reservation we kindly ask you to: Make a down-payment of 50% of the total rental amount.The rest of the total reservation amount, along with the cleaning costs and damage deposit, is due at least a month before arrival at the destination. |
| * | In case of cancellation, the following fees apply:
More than 75 days prior arrival: 15% of the total amount
43-75 days prior arrival: 25% of the total amount
30-42 days prior arrival: 50% of the total amount
7-29 days prior arrival: 90% of the total amount
Within one week prior arrival: 100% of the total amount |
| * | Upon arrival the tenant has to pay a damage deposit of 300,00. This deposit will be returned at departure, with deduction of the repair costs in case of damages made to the property. |

Pet Policy |
| * | Pets are welcome at this house. Pets are welcome in the garden, but we kindly ask you to let them answer nature's call elsewhere. In case your dog sits/lies on furniture, we ask you to bring its rug. |
| * | The guest is at any time responsable for his dog and for damages caused by him |
