| * | To confirm your reservation we kindly ask you to make a down-payment of 20% of the total rental amount.
The rest of the total reservation amount along with the damage deposit is due at least six weeks before arrival at the destination. |
| * | Our standard cancellation conditions for houses apply to this accommodation. |
| * | The lessee pays a damage deposit of 200 along with the second payment of the rent. This deposit will be returned within 14 days after departure, with deduction in case of damage or extreme cleaning costs. |

Pet Policy |
| * | Pets are welcome at this house. In case your dog sits/lies on furniture, we ask you to bring its rug. |
| * | At walking distance from the apartment there is a nature park where you can walk and cycle. |
| * | Officially, pets are not allowed on any of the Spanish beaches. This is enforced more in summer than in the rest of the year, and more on crowded beaches than the less crowded ones. There are beaches in the Gran Alacant area which are less crowded even in summer. Here, you can spend time with your dog without disturbing anyone. |
