| * | To confirm your reservation we kindly ask you to:
- Return the rental contract signed by the lessee.
- Make a down-payment of 50% of the total rental amount.
The rest of the total reservation amount, along with the cleaning costs, is due at least a month before arrival at the destination. |
| * | Our standard cancellation conditions for houses apply to this accommodation. |
| * | Upon arrival the tenant has to pay a damage deposit of 200,00. This deposit will be returned upon departure, with deduction of the repair costs in case of damages made to the property. |

| * | These rates are valid until 31/12/2008 and may be subject to change without notice. |

| * | Rates do not include the use of electricity; this will be charged according to consumption, except during July and August when it is included in the rental rate. |
| * | Bed linen and towels are provided by the lessor. Beach towels are not included. |
| * | The house is available to the tenant from Saturday 16:00 hours. Departure is due Saturday before 10:00 hours. |

Pet Policy |
| * | Pets are welcome at this house. Pets are welcome in the garden, but we kindly ask you to let them answer nature's call elsewhere. In case your dog sits/lies on furniture, we ask you to bring its rug. |
| * | The house is surrounded by woods and meadows. |
| * | The dog hairs need to be vacuumed by the tenants before departure. |
