| * | To confirm your reservation we kindly ask you to make a down-payment of 50% of the total rental amount.The rest of the total reservation amount, along with the cleaning costs and damage deposit, is due at least a month before arrival at the destination. |
| * | Cancellation policy low season and offers:
No-show: 100% of the reservation amount
Cancellation policy high season:
15-7 days prior arrival: 25% of the reservation amount
up to 7 days prior arrival: 50% of the reservation amount
No-show: 100% of the reservation amount |
| * | Upon arrival the tenant has to pay a damage deposit of 150,00. This deposit will be returned after departure, with deduction of the repair costs in case of damages made to the property. |
