| * | To confirm your reservation we kindly ask you to make a down-payment of 50% of the total rental amount. The rest of the total reservation amount is due at least a month before arrival at the destination. |
| * | In case of cancellation, the following fees apply:
- no show or cancellation on the day of arrival: 100% of the rent
- between 24 hrs. and 48 hrs. prior planned arrival: 50% of the rent
- 48 hrs prior planned arrival: 40% of the rent
- 3 to 7 days prior planned arrival: 30% of the rent
- 8 to 12 days prior arrival: 15% of the rent |
| * | Upon arrival the tenant has to pay a damage deposit of €50,00. This deposit will be returned upon the departure, with deduction of the repair costs in case of damages made to the property. |

| * | Bed linen and towels are provided by the lessor. Beach towels are not included. |
| * | The arrival and departure has to be from Monday-Friday, with the exception of the periods 14/03/08 - 23/03/08 and 25/04/08 - 04/05/08. In these periods arrival and departure can be done any day of the week. And 05/05/08 - 31/05/08 that have to be from Monday to Friday. |
| * | A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Shorter stays are possible on request, and have a surcharge of 40% in case of 1 night, and 30% in case of 2 nights. |
| * | On the day of arrival you can pick up the keys to the apartment between 17:00 hrs and 20:00 hrs. For arrivals after 20:00hrs you need to call the reception and arrange for someone to be there at your estimated time of arrival, but never later than midnight. |
| * | Cleaning and change of linen is done every 4 days. |
| * | Guests can also book breakfast, half-board or full-board at the resort restaurant.
HB rate is around 17 €/person (drinks not included) and FB is 30 €/person. Children until 5 for free and children between 6 and 13 (both included) 50% discount. |

Pet Policy |
| * | Pets of up to 10 kg. are welcome at this house. Pets are welcome in the garden, but we kindly ask you to let them answer nature's call elsewhere. In case your dog sits/lies on furniture, we ask you to bring its rug.
Pets are not welcom in the communal areas like the restaurant and the pool. |
| * | At just 50 meters from the apartments Moguima there is a public park where you can walk your dog. |
