The apartments Pueblo Italia enjoy a priviledged situation at just 200 meters from the Serena beach in Roquetas de Mar, Almería. 50 meters from shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, pharmacy and a medical centre with 24h support. And a golf course at 350 meters! The complex a offers swimming pool for adults and children, extensive gardens and tennis courts (extra charge). You can use the contiguous self-service laundry-building. There are 1 bedroom apartments for 2 to 4 people and 2 bedroom apartments for 4 to 6 people.

Each apartment has 1 or 2 bedrooms, a living and dining room with convertible sofa for 2 people, television with satellite dish, air conditioning 24 hours a day, monitoring On / Off from each apartment (between June 01 and 28 September). The rest of the year this service is available for an additional fee. Heating is available during the winter perior and for an additional fee the rest of the year. There is a bathroom with tub, fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, all utensils to prepare and serve meals, plus a great terrace overlooking the pool and the garden.
