This authentic farmhouse can sleep 8 persons and lies in the quiant village St. Amand de Coly, nearby Sarlat in the Dordogne region. Situated on 4 acres of countryside, the house has been totally renovated and has three floors. There is a private pool of 9x4,5 meters with breathtaking views on the typical hilly landscape of this area. The ground floor consists of a living room (with piano!) with a separate kitchen and dining room. Behind the kitchen there is a toilet and a basement with washing machine. The kitchen is fitted with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and oven.

The first floor has a double bedroom with en-suite shower and washbasin and two other double bedrooms which share a bathroom with bath and toilet.
The second floor has two single bedrooms. In front of the house there is a private pool which can be accessed by a set of stairs. In the garden there is a barbecue with garden furniture and deck chairs.

This farmhouse is situated just outside the village St. Amand de Coly, at short distance from Montignac and Sarlat. Les Vieilles Pierres is an ideal starting point to discover the most beautiful spots of the Dordogne; Les Eyzies, the caves of Lascaux and many medeival castles, rural markets and quiant towns. St. Amand de Coly has a beautiful Romanesque church where in summer concerts are held.
