Villa La Marina 103 has a very quiet situation in the countryside between La Marina and the city Elche, in the province Alicante. Apart from a few neighbours on each side, the house is surrounded by the natural plains that are typical of this area. The spacious estate is completely fenced off and boasts a private pool. The house has two double and one twin bedroom, which share a bathroom with bath and shower. The living room is cosily decorated and very light thanks to the many windows. There is a television and receipt of a few English satellite channels.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern utilities as oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, etc. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the house. Outside you will find several places to sit and relax. The veranda has a table and chairs and a barbecue. Then there is a porch next to the pool where you can enjoy the shade on a sunny day. There is ample garden furniture here too. Behind the house you find a carport that fits two cars. The house is fitted with air-conditioning.

After you are fully rested at the house, you might feel like an excursion. Besides the long sandy beaches of La Marina (10 minutes) and Guardamar (15 minutes), you will find ample possibilities in the city of Alicante at a 30 minute drive from the house. This city is full of atmosphere and offers something for everybody; shops, museums, bars, restaurants, etc. Of course, the nearby towns La Marina, Santa Pola and Guardamar are also well worth a visit.
